Buying and Installing a Crate Motor

Whether you want a GM or Ford engine in your Ford F100, either is a fine choice for many reasons. Companies such as GM Performance Parts and Ford Racing Performance Parts build good engines that you can bolt in to your truck and get cruising. Both companies build quality products that should give you miles of performance.

Crate engines from GM and Ford Racing Performance Parts are the perfect choice for many reasons:GM Performance Parts and Ford Racing Performance Parts both put extensive time into developing engine packages using engine components that work together, run well and meet the application stated. Both Performance Parts companies have a good line and variety of crate motors so that you can choose a small block, GM LS1, Ford Modular motor or Big block. If you want horsepower and torque, opt for a GM 572 or a Ford 460.GM and Ford Performance engine packages are researched carefully to make engines that are powerful and run well. You could order a cam, heads, intake and similar products, but you won’t know how they will work together. With crate motors, the research has been done and you’ll know what you’re getting.I shouldn’t have to tell you how important it is to build your new engine carefully. GM and Ford engines are built by some of the best engine builders around. And, because their facilities are dedicated to engine building, you can be sure that your big block Ford, Big block Chevy or Modular engine will be built to strict guidelines.
